Analyze Material, Briefing, and Schedule

After you place your order, we work together with you to create the task and the visualization concept.

We look through all of the data you send us. The more detailed the information, the more efficiently we can implement your project. This data may include existing visualizations, CAD files, drawings, sketches, references, and/or concepts. We work together with you on any missing information and create a schedule based on this. Typically, it will take us between five days and two weeks to complete your project.

We invest a lot of time and effort to get to know your full wishes, ideas, and preferences. So we advise you to clarify all details as fully as possible.

3D Modeling and Grant Approval of the Perspectives

We create the detailed 3D model of the object to be visualized. Afterwards we will send you several perspectives for selection. These will be delivered as a white model without textures or as screenshot of the 3D model.

This step serves to define, and agree upon,the scene and the camera perspectives to be visualized.

In order to optimally involve you in the process, you can make corrections, requests and suggestions regarding the viewing angle and image details at this point. After your feedback, we then create the first photorealistic preview with a resolution of 1,600 pixels on the long side.

Previews

Now we add the materials, textures and light sources you want to the 3D model and provide you with two detailed previews. These already make up a very large part of the effect of your finished visualization.

Two correction phases

Normally our projects receive two free correction phases. You are welcome to send us your change requests and suggestions in a summarized form.

An author’s correction is included free of charge after the first pre-rendered proof and a further subsequent correction phase after the second pre-rendered proof.

Final Visualization & Finish

After the second free author’s correction, we deliver the finished visualization in high resolution.

Do you provide a 3D model if we need it?

Yes, we have such an option. If necessary, we can send you a 3D model for an additional fee.

What are your deadlines for creating images?

We usually need about 6 working days for 1-3 images, if we quickly get the project information and approval of visualization angles.

What are your prices?

We calculate prices individually for each project. If you need more accurate information and project estimates, contact our manager or email us.

What is the highest image resolution you make?

The standard image resolution is 4K, but if a client needs images of a higher quality, we can do it for some additional fee. At the moment, the highest image resolution we performed for a client has been 8K.

How many people does your team have?

Our team consists of 5 employees and 3 outsourced specialists working on a permanent basis from different cities.

What guarantees do you have?

We provide a 100% money back guarantee if you don’t like the images. We fully refund the advance payment, but only after the 1st preview in case you don’t like it.

What does the project cost include?

The project cost includes: – Optimization of a provided 3D model and environment modeling. – No of Revisions from a client. – Corrections after getting the final image are performed for an additional fee. Creation of a 3D construction model according to the drawings is paid additionally.
